The rooms do not have a bath, just a shower so for a longer stay it is not ideal. We have a problem with a floor tile cracking in the bathroom, not our fault, it was not dealt with in the way we would have liked, my friend hurt herself in falling because of this tile, staff did not seem to care about this. The included breakfast in this hotel deal is very limited in choice and the scrambled eggs taste like those powdered ones you can get. we would not recomend staying here

Some minor maintenance issues - light fittings etc need checking.
Staff at check in/out seemed harassed and a little lacking in training.
Top Tip
The Little Owl Vintage Inn next door had a good menu with pleasant and helpful staff.

We booked this hotel as close to LG arena and we were delighted to find a public house right next door with good food.

Breakfast seemed to be limited on hot buffet e.g eggs, beans and sausage??
When all the fruit had gone that was it?? I went up for a banana and was told that they had all been put out. If breakfast is served until 11am then the food should be catered for. We went down for breakfast at 9am??
Top Tip
Good place close taxi drive to LG arena

Staff after hours (11 p.m.) could have been friendlier.
Seemed put out to have to serve drinks to us as we wanted to pay on debit card rather than cash. Seemed to be a bother to them.

I stayed here on a business trip to a conference at the NEC. The location is OK if you have a car but if you have to use a taxi it costs £5-£6 each way to get to the exhibition halls and back.
Top Tip
The hotel only has a breakfast room. However, The Little Owl pub is next door and I had a good meal there in the evening.

We were taken to the NEC by shuttle bus in the early evening, however once the show wasw finished, there was no sign of the bus, so we returned by Taxi. Breakfast the next morning was utter chaos! no eggs, no bacon, no staff, the whole thing was farcical.
